“Reliability” is not dead!

Pam rescued the day when our plumber refused to release the sink for attachment to the marble. She managed to have her workmen show up with the exact sink at the exact time they had arranged to be here.

“Expert workmanship” is not dead!

We asked for an “unglued” seam above the toilet so that if the toilet needed repairs, the section of countertop could be removed. The “seam,” even unglued, is invisible. They have done a perfect match!

“Service” is not dead!

On top of all of these wonderful characteristics, the two workmen, Kelly & Derek, were polite and very careful and considerate of our home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My first visit was just to get a preliminary quote for a large vanity top. I was in and out in 5 minutes and thought that was great.

Your quote was e-mailed to me within one day which is terrific. My wife and I then came back in to look at some stock pieces and it was almost closing time, yet Pam showed us what you had in the back area and we also looked outside. She stayed on longer than 5 p.m. and never mentioned it.

As we walked out that night, I commented to my wife on the unbelievable service Pam provided, as well as always calling us by our first name since we first met her. I said that is the type of service everyone should provide, like it used to be 20 years ago. We were totally impressed.

I brought in our old vanity top and gave the sink templates at the time. They said it should be ready in 2 1/2 - 3 weeks and it was. I had it delivered also.

The delivery people gave my wife some instructions and care on installation when they dropped it off.

I installed it and it looks unbelievable. The 95 inch top fit perfectly as did all three backsplash pieces, and one of them had to be mitered at a tricky angle.

The sink holes were in the correct place and drilled with the undermount bolt holes. I have not been that pleased with a company's personal service as well as quality of workmanship and getting the job done right for as long as I can remember.

In the future we are looking at re-doing our kitchen, and the only place I will go for countertops is Minnesota Granite and Marble because of the quality of service, professionalism and workmanship.
